Service Specifications
Availability Hours
In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; however, we do not guarantee a specific uptime rate.
We will provide notification two weeks in advance of any maintenance that requires a service outage.
Support Hours
We will respond between 10:00 and 17:00 on our designated business days.
If you are a contracted user, please sign in to Quloud and submit your inquiry via the inquiry form within the service.
Maintenance time
We conduct scheduled or ad-hoc maintenance work for reasons such as system maintenance and version upgrades.
We will provide notification two weeks in advance of any maintenance work that requires a suspension of service.
Version upgrade
We perform periodic or ad-hoc version updates for reasons such as adding or modifying calculation functions and enhancing security.
When a version update involves the addition or modification of functions, we will provide details in the release notes.
